What are the shipping costs?

For all stained glass art, shipping costs are determined on an individual basis.
The size and weight of each stained glass art piece varies therefore we are only able to determine shipping costs individually for each piece.
Please inquire for shipping costs before making the purchase. An estimated shipping and handling cost will be determined at that time. The exact cost will be determined at the time of shipping.
Digital Art: For digital art, there is no shipping cost as the final product is emailed to you.
Paintings and Drawings: For paintings and drawings, the shipping cost is determined according to size and weight. Please inquire prior to making the purchase so that we can give you an estimate. You will need to include your mailing address when you contact us.
If there is a refund owing, we will refund the money.
If the shipping fee is more than the original estimate, we will send you an invoice for the difference.
The estimate is usually fairly accurate.Combined shipping is offered for multiple purchases.

How are orders shipped?

Stained Glass: All of our stained glass art is shipping via UPS. This is the safest way to ship stained glass art.Paintings and Drawings are shipped via Canada Post. If you would like us to ship it via UPS, please contact us to let us know so that we may adjust the shipping costs accordingly.

How soon will my order be shipped?

If you are ordering a pre-made piece, it will be shipping within 5 days.

If you are ordering a custom stained glass art piece, we will send you an estimated time-frame for completion.
Some pieces take longer to create than others.
Time of year also makes a difference. If it is close-to or during a holiday season, it may take longer.
If you need the stained glass art by a specific date, please inquire prior to placing the order to make sure it can be done on time.
Paintings and Drawings listed on The GlassHound are ready for shipping within 5 days of order.

What locations do you ship to?

We have many customers worldwide.

Where are you shipping from?

We are located in Ontario, Canada.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, we accept payments via Paypal.

Do you accept money orders?

Yes, we accept International Money Orders.
If sending a money order, please ensure it is an international money order that is cashable in Canada. (If it is a U.S. postal money order, it must be the orange one, not the green one).
Please make the money order out to: Joanne Dufault or Denis Dufault.
Send it to the following address: 169 Sutter St., RR4, Box 36 Flesherton, Ontario, Canada N0C 1E0.
Please ensure you indicate which product you are ordering, the size required, and include your name and return address.
Please note that any items ordered that are to be paid for by money order will not be shipped until payment in full has been received.

Where do I send a money order?

Please note, the money order or bank draft must be made out to Joanne Dufault or Denis Dufault.

Do you accept credit card payments?

We do accept credit card payments however this is not set-up online at this time. If you wish to pay by credit card, you must do this by phone. Please contact us to arrange a time for the phone call.
Credit card payments can also be made through Paypal if your account has been set up for credit card payments.

Do you accept cash or cheques?

No, we do not accept cash or regular cheques.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept USA and Canadian currencies.
Please note, the amount for the item listed on our website is in USD and must be converted to the current Canadian amount is you wish to pay in CDN. Please contact us for the current Canadian amount.

What is your policy on returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our art, all sales are final.
For Digital Art, we allow two (2) updates. Should you need any more than 2 updates, there will be a charge.

We guarantee the quality of our products.
In the unlikely event that the item is defective or damaged in transit, we will replace the item. A decision is made on a case to case basis. Notification must be received within 30 days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by a damage claim from the shipping company.
